Should McDonalds raise the prices on its "Dollar Menu?" Justify your answer. 2. Should entry level fast food workers be paid a "living wage?"

1. No, I do not believe McDonald's should raise their prices on the "Dollar Menu", because if they raised the menu prices they would also have to raise the wages in order to pay the employees.

2. Considering the fact that McDonald's is a large market around the world, yes. I do believe that the employees could be paid "living wages".

Assignment: Read the following: http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/2013/08/27/facebook-governments-demanded-data-on-38k-users/2706071/ 1. Do you think this is invasion of your privacy? Justify your answer. 2. Does this comply with the terms and conditions for use of Facebook? Have you read them? 3. Does this violate your 4th Amendment rights?

1. Yes, I do believe that this is an invasion of privacy.  I do not think that the government should be going on to every single Facebook there is. I feel that the only thing, on any social networking site, that should be seen by anyone is what the public can see, and that is it. The government, along with anyone else, should not be reading through your messages or anything in that area.

2. I honestly have no clue as to what is in the Terms and Conditions on any website. I have no interest in ever scrolling through the Terms and Conditions, yet alone, reading it. I'm almost positive my life will never be so bad that reading the Terms and Conditions is what I have to resort to. However, I am pretty sure that somewhere in the terms, it hacking completely into every Facebook should not be allowed.

3. The Fourth Amendment is an amendment to the United States Constitution and part of the Bill of Rights. It prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. So, yes, this does violate our rights.

Assignment: 1. Go to the following site and write your response to the article on YOUR blog!!!! http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2013/08/26/south-carolina-charleston-wild-wing-cafe-black-americans/2704125/ 2. Class discussion of South Carolina Laws....are they unconstitutional???

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they forced that group of 25 colored to leave that restaurant because ONE person felt "threatened". If I would have been the owner/manager of that restaurant, I would have made the lady leave that felt offended by someone's color. I might understand this situation if it had happened years ago, but today, we should all realize equality is here. That lady had no reason to feel threatened, they were all as human as she is. The group of people may have had a different skin color, but they clearly had more respect as well.
